Coffee Seminar:
In
the amount of time it takes to drink your 1st cup of morning coffee, the Hamptons
Mortgage Corp. will host a morning coffee table discussions. Topics will include: cutting edge financial
news from the nation’s largest mortgage resources. We will provide a
short overview on credit scoring, seller concessions and turmoil in the
Sub-prime lending market. We will
conclude this session with a discussion about the evolution of LLC Super Spec
partnership and “how to” tips when marketing properties to builders and LLC
partnerships. We hope to have time for a
short Q& A. We will provide contact
information, along with the new & improved HMC coffee mug. If the 35 minute
